EVERY FAMILY HAS ITS OWN RHYTHM
Less to juggle.
One step at a time.
For neurodivergent children and parents, mothers of multiples, and anyone who needs a gentler plan. No diagnosis is needed to use these tools.
Build a small routine
Choose a starting point, then edit three steps. Shorten, reorder, or leave a step blank. These are adaptable ideas, not treatment or developmental requirements.
Saving replaces that selected routine with your three steps. Family data stays in this browser; it does not sync to community accounts.
Multiples, individual little people
Give each child their own plan. Shared timing can help, but their needs and preferences may differ. There is no score or comparison.
Add each child in My familyFor a solo-caregiver day: choose one shared anchor, make room for each child’s needs, and ask for a specific practical favor where support is available.
Make the environment work for you
- Offer a written or spoken cue in the format your child prefers.
- Ask what feels comfortable; adjust sound, lighting, texture, or space when practical.
- Leave room for movement and breaks. A pause is not a failure.
- Support communication in the person’s preferred way; talking is not the only way to connect.
- Choose supports together where possible. No approach fits everyone.
For individualized support, work with your child’s care or education team.
